Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information on furniture products, including materials, styles, and functionality.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Manage inventory and restock displays as needed.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build relationships.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
