Responsibilities
Tobacco: Planting, weeding, pruning, detaching, harvesting (including driving, baling, and sorting)
Ginseng: Planting, harvesting (including digging, container storage, washing, and sorting); installation of shade structures, posts, and cables
Operating vehicles (tractors, forklifts, agricultural vehicles)
