Product safety precautions:
To ensure safe production, please read the following precautions carefully:

1. Use the power supply that meets the requirements of the machine.

2. After turning off the power switch, there is still voltage in some circuits in the electrical control of the machine. When servicing the control circuit, be sure to unplug the power cord.

3. Do not touch the rollers with your hands during machine operation, and pay attention to personal safety.

4. When the machine has problems, press the emergency stop button directly to suspend all work.
5.Do not touch the photoelectric induction eye with your hands during machine operation to prevent the machine from missensing and mislabeling.

Operating steps:
1.Check that the device's power supply is 110V and ensure a stable power supply; turn on the air compressor and make sure the pressure gauge reaches 0.6MPa (Note: The air compressor must be provided by the user); check whether mechanical components such as the conveyor belt are stuck by foreign objects and ensure all components operate flexibly.
2.Confirm the front and back of the label, wind the label as shown in the manual and fix the end of the label; adjust the guide rings and lock the relevant wheels; press the "Label Length" key and adjust the labeling parameters via the photoelectric eye.

3.Use the label head lifting handle to adjust the host height; adjust the wheel auxiliary mechanism to a slightly clamped state and adjust the belt tightness; calibrate the photoelectric eye to ensure the light is off when detecting labels and on when detecting materials.

4.Operate via the touch screen, set parameters such as interval time and label output protection as needed, and perform tests when necessary to select appropriate parameters.

5.After starting the equipment, the optical fiber senses the material, and after a delay, completes actions such as bottle fixing and label output, with the equipment counting automatically.

6.In case of abnormalities and shutdown, troubleshoot according to the instructions, and the interval between power on and off must exceed 30 seconds.
