We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning staff to join our team for casual and part-time turnover shifts. Weekend availability is a plus. Hours vary by day, but shifts fall between 10am-4pm. Pay starts at $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience and fit.

We’d love to hear from people who live in or around Lake Cowichan and have reliable transportation. Previous cleaning experience is an asset, especially in hospitality, short-term rentals, hotels, or housekeeping, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most.

The right person is self-motivated, organized, able to work independently, and takes pride in doing a thorough job. You should have strong attention to detail, communicate well, manage your time effectively, notice when something needs to be done without being asked, and help monitor supply and stock levels. Duties include cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, changing linens, restocking supplies, checking for maintenance issues, and helping make sure each room is guest-ready to a high standard.

We’re looking for someone dependable, honest, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where quality matters.
