Wanted - Female Personal Trainer - $50/hr
Description
Hiring a female personal trainer for private in-home training (condo gym) — long-term client, 3-4 sessions per week, e-transfer same day.
THE CLIENT
Woman in her 50s, intermediate fitness level.
Goal: build strength, improve posture, and feel confident lifting free weights.
Patient, coachable, and genuinely committed to putting in the work long-term.
This is not a short fling — ideally 6 months of steady training.
THE SESSIONS
• Frequency: 3-4 sessions per week
• Duration: 60 minutes each
• Times: afternoons or evenings, weekdays — flexible with your schedule
• Focus: safe, progressive strength training with mobility work
• Start date: as soon as we find the right fit
THE SPACE
Private condo gym near Eglinton Ave & Winston Churchill Blvd, Mississauga (L5M). Well-equipped: free weights, machines, cardio, mats — you won't need to bring anything.
Secure building, free guest parking, no gym membership or facility fees for you.
THE PAY
$50/hour, e-transfer at the end of each session (weekly or per-session — your preference). No payment delays, no chasing invoices.
I'm LOOKING FOR
• Female trainer
• Any certifications, please list
• 3 years of training experience, ideally with women 45-60
• Strong knowledge of safe strength progression and joint-friendly programming
• Patient, encouraging teaching style
