Landscaping Company is currently looking for General Landscapers & Litter Maintenance Labors
for Full Time Employment. Wages are based on experience & job description.

Company Benefits Are Available After 3 Months of Employment!

Scope of duties are as follow but are not limited to the following Job Descriptions:
Job Description – Landscape Labor:
 Creating New Gardens
 Planting & Removal of Plant Material in Garden Beds & Planters
 Hedge/Tree Trimming
 Shrub/Tree Planting
 Edging
 Garden Bed Maintenance
 Spring and Fall clean ups
 Re-sodding/Sod Removal
 Fertilizing Lawn
 Removal of Debris/Litter
 Weekly Grass Cutting/Lawn Maintenance
 Soil & Mulch Installation
 Recording of Daily Log Sheets
 Recording on Daily Log Sheets Any Trip Hazards or Discrepancies found on the Properties Daily for
each and every Property along with photo’s

Job Description - Litter Maintenance Labor:
 Maintain Properties Lawn/Bushes, Parking Lots, Walkways, Loading Docks Free of Debris & Litter
Daily
 Removal of Garbage Bags from All Receptacles Bins Located on Property
 Replace Garbage Receptacle Bins with New Bags
 Wash & Wipe Clean All Receptacle Bins, Benches & Bike Racks Weekly
 Maintain and Record Daily Logs of Work Performed for Each Property Assigned
 Record on Daily Log Sheets Any Trip Hazards or Discrepancies found on the Properties Daily
 Report Any Emergencies & Hazards Immediately to Supervisors, along with photo’s

All applicants would possess the following attributes for both Landscape & Litter Position's:
 Must follow safety procedures
 Respectful to Co-workers & Clients
 Punctual & Reliable
 Detail Oriented to the job at hand and maintain the highest standards
 Able to work in a team environment or work alone when required
 Positive Attitude towards employment and others
 Must be able & comfortable with heavy lifting & repetitive physical movement
 Willing to work long days in most weather conditions
 Appreciation for all work performed
 Possess an Ontario level G or G2 driver’s license
 Clean Abstract Needed for Drivers
 Daily Responsibility to get themselves to and from work (shop), must have your own transportation.

Experience & dedication is an asset, but not necessarily required, as we are looking for individuals
who are willing to learn and be trained to grow with our company.
