We are looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast‑paced environment, follows safety procedures, and can handle material movement with accuracy and efficiency.


Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload materials
• Transport pallets to designated warehouse locations safely and efficiently
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
• Perform order picking, put‑away, and replenishment as required
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling, scanning, and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all health & safety regulations, warehouse SOPs, and company policies
• Support general warehouse duties when needed (palletizing, wrapping, sorting, etc.)


Requirements

• Valid Forklift Counterbalance License
• Minimum 3 year of forklift operating experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Experience with RF scanners is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
