Tokasu Ramen Laksa Bar is looking for a full-time cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. We serve unique Japanese-Malaysian fusion dishes including ramen, laksa, brunch items, and appetizers.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook ramen, laksa, brunch dishes, and appetizers
Food prep including cutting vegetables, preparing proteins, sauces, and broths
Maintain food quality and presentation standards
Keep kitchen clean and organized
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Assist with inventory and restocking
Work efficiently during busy service hours
Requirements:
Previous kitchen/cook experience required
Breakfast/brunch experience is an asset
Experience with ramen, Asian cuisine, or fast-paced kitchens preferred
Ability to multitask under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Food Handler Certification is an asset
Availability:
Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays
