We are seeking motivated staff for our roofing crew to start the 2026 season. We are looking for general help and will pay top wages to experienced nailers. Those who are reliable & have experience will be compensated fairly for their hard work because we KNOW what it takes to get the job done.
Applicants MUST have a functioning alarm clock & cell phone- preferably one that isn’t your girlfriend's. Preference may be given to those with a valid drivers license, but it is not required. Crew pick up is near polo park so you can bus there to jump in the truck. Candidates MUST be willing to adhere to all safety guidelines on the job & remain sober on site. Heavy lifting is required along with a good attitude & the ability to take direction. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team. Some travel may be required for Northern contracts.
