Terms & Conditions:

1. Agreement to Terms
By renting equipment, you agree to all terms. You are responsible from pickup until return and inspection. Equipment must be returned on time and in the same condition.

2. Eligibility
• Must be 16 (or have guardian consent)
• Valid government-issued ID required

3. Rental Period
• Starts at pickup, ends at agreed return time
• Late fee: $100/hour
• Extensions must be requested in advance

4. Deposit
• $1000 refundable deposit required
• Returned within 48 hours after inspection
• Full replacement cost charged if lost/damaged

5. Use of Equipment
• Lawful use only
• No sub-renting or lending
• No modifications or tampering

6. Care & Liability
• Renter responsible for all damage, loss, or theft
• Protect from water, heat, sand, and impact
• Full liability during rental period

7. Cancellations
• 48 hours notice required
• Late cancellations = fee or partial deposit loss
• No cancellations after pickup
• No refunds or credits

8. Return Condition
• Must be clean, complete, and fully functional
• All accessories must be returned

9. Agreement Confirmation
By renting, you confirm you understand and accept full responsibility for all terms, fees, and potential charges.
