Compensation: $20/hr (8-hour daily minimum guaranteed)

The Role
We are looking for an energetic, physically fit Drywall Helper to assist our lead drywaller on a residential renovation project. This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Moving and staging sheets of drywall throughout the job site.
Installation Support: Assisting the lead installer by holding sheets in place during tacking and fastening, surface preparation, etc.
Site Maintenance: Keeping the work area clear of debris and managing off-cuts.
Tool Assistance: Keeping tools and supplies organized and ready for the tradesman.

Requirements:
Physically Fit & Agile: This role involves heavy lifting (drywall sheets), climbing ladders, and constant movement.
Reliability: You must show up on time and ready to work for the full shift.
Attitude: A "can-do" work ethic and the ability to follow directions closely.
Transportation: Must have a reliable way to get to the site in NW Edmonton.
