Position Summary:
The Utility Operator is responsible for packing products that meet customers’ expectations and
quality standards. This position requires efficient and accurate attention to product quality during
manufacturing and packaging.

Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Identify non-conforming quality products based on quality standards and report them to
the Inspector.
 Count, stack, and identify products as per operating standards.
 Clear holes in the products as per specifications and advise the team.
 Monitor product dryness and inform the team of status.
 Stretch wrap and strap skids by hand as required.
 Place wet products at the end of the oven as required.
