Sealed bids, clearly marked “Quonset”, will be received by the Town of Pense at 243 Brunswick Street or by email to townofpense@sasktel.net up until 4:00 PM on May 15, 2026, for the purchase of a Quonset building. Bids will be opened and read at the regular meeting of Town Council on Wednesday May 20th, 2026, 7:00 PM.
Description:
• One (1) Behlen Quonset-style building (sold as-is, where-is)
• Approximate dimensions: 55’x 38’
• Location: South side of the Town of Pense

Tender Requirements:
• Tenders must state the purchase price offered. (GST will be applicable on purchase price)
• Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted
• The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with dismantling, removal, transportation, and site cleanup (removal of concrete) if not taken with building.
Conditions:
• The successful bidder will have 10 days from date of acceptance to provide payment in full to complete the purchase.
• The Quonset and clean up must be fully removed from the site no later than June 30, 2026
• The payment will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not remove the building from the site by the deadline.
• The successful bidder must obtain any required permits and comply with all applicable regulations
