Location: Downtown Toronto, ON

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Site Superintendent / Handyman for a full-time position in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities:

General building maintenance and repairs
Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Regular property inspections and reporting issues
Snow removal and seasonal upkeep (if required)
Ensuring the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained

Requirements:

Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable and punctual
Basic knowledge of tools and building systems
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
