I want to share my personal experience as a homeowner so future buyers can be aware. In my case, the materials and workmanship in my home were lower quality than expected, and several issues appeared early on. For more than a year, the builder kept delaying repairs with different excuses, and by the time the first‑year warranty expired, I was no longer able to make a claim through ANHWP.

During this time, the management stopped responding to my emails and calls. Eventually, even the company president blocked my email and phone number, which made it impossible to resolve anything directly with them.

I also noticed that they hold or block Google reviews, so customers cannot easily share their experiences publicly. I am sharing photos of the materials and workmanship from my home so other buyers can make informed decisions.

If you already purchased a home from Crystal Creek Homes, make sure you report every single issue to ANHWP immediately. In my experience, the builder kept delaying repairs for a full year, and once the warranty window closed, I was left without support.
