We are announcing an estate sale of an executive condo. The sale will begin online Thursday morning. Any item can be purchased at anytime by logging onto our website
at: www.sorrelcontentssolutions.com. You will see a complete listing of available items, pricing, descriptions and information on the website. Most smaller items will be sold in lots only.
All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis and in “as is” condition. There will be no refunds,returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Parking is on the street only, do not attempt to park anywhere on the property. Pick up times will be arranged.

In addition to the online purchases, you will be able to make an appointment to shop in person starting Friday morning on a “first come first served” basis. The sale will continue into the weekend Saturday from 9:00 am to
4:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. By appointment only. The sale will continue online as well.
There are a lot of quality items and lots of name brands,all from a non-smoking no pets home. The address will only be provided to those making an appointment and to those who have purchased items
online. The sale will be conducted in the Yonge and Sheppard area.

Payment methods offered are: Visa, Debit card, Apple Pay and Etransfer (which is preferable). Etransfer payments can be made by contacting Perry direct at:416-617-1500. Once a payment is made the item will be marked sold. To make an appointment call Perry direct at the same number. Due to condo restrictions on contents sales and limited times, we will only take appointments for serious buyers only, but you still have an option to buy online if you don’t attend.
