We are currently seeking experienced Steel Fabricators / Fitters to join our growing team. The successful candidates will work on a wide variety of heavy industrial fabrication projects including hoppers, ductwork, structural assemblies, and custom platework.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
Fit and assemble structural steel and platework components
Layout, measure, and mark materials for fabrication
Perform tack welding and assist welders as required
Operate shop equipment (ironworkers, brakes, rollers, cutting tables, etc.)
Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications
Experience in steel fabrication, fitting, or welding
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Strong knowledge of structural steel and/or platework fabrication
Experience with heavy industrial projects (preferred)
Familiarity with FCAW, GMAW, or Submerged Arc processes is an asset
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
