We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and communication-focused **Sales & Customer Service Representative** to join our team! This role is the heartbeat of our daily operations and serves as the main connection between our company and our valued clients.

** Location:** Brampton, ON L6T 3T2
** Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**☕ Break:** 1-hour lunch daily
** Pay Rate:** $23/hour

### What You’ll Be Doing:

* **Order Management:** Accurately input and process customer orders
* **Inbound Support:** Answer calls, assist customers, and provide excellent service
* **Outbound Outreach:** Call potential clients (warm & cold leads) to grow business
* **Problem Solving:** Handle customer concerns professionally with a positive attitude

### What We’re Looking For:

**✔ Essentials:**

* Strong verbal & written **English communication skills**
* Professional phone manner & ability to build rapport
* Comfortable with computers, data entry & order systems
* Self-motivated and able to work independently

* Experience in **Fire Protection / Safety industry**
