About the Work
We specialize in Water, Sewer, and Earthworks projects. All positions require experience in underground civil construction and the ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
General Requirements
• Experience in Water & Sewer / Civil Underground construction
• Ability to follow safety procedures and complete daily paperwork/inspections
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Valid driver’s license required

Position Highlights
Foreman
• Lead and coordinate daily site activities
• Communicate with contractors and guide crews
• Strong knowledge of underground utilities, locates, trench boxes, and civil procedures
• 5 years experience in Water & Sewer required



Top Man
• Shoot grade using transit/laser
• Read drawings, guide operators, and ensure accurate installation
• Assist with pipe installation and mentor crew members
• Must understand geodetic elevations and math

Mainline Excavator Operator
• Strong experience installing underground pipe and structures
• Knowledge of water, storm, and sanitary systems
• Skilled in hoisting, rigging, lifting, and civil construction practices
• Experience working around utilities, locates, and trench boxes
• Safety training (First Aid, Ground Disturbance, WHMIS, CSTS)
• Able to work independently and with a crew

Finish Skid Steer Operator
• Safe operation of equipment and work practices.
• Ensure quality control for all workmanship
• Completion of equipment inspection reports on a daily basis for approvals
• Daily equipment inspections and quality control
• 3 years Water & Sewer – Civil / Equipment operator experience required

Pipelayers & Helpers
• Assemble, align, and install storm, sanitary, and watermain pipe
• Dig trenches, grade, seal joints, and ensure proper alignment
• Experience with underground utilities required
Labourers
• Support crews with excavation, pipe installation, and site cleanup
• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
