Second owner (first owner was my sister)

The Good:
4 cylinder engine
Cheap on gas (even now still less than $40 to fill)
Cheap insurance
Engine and transmission are still strong
Minimal/limited rust
Regular maintenance completed
Newer all season tires
Comes with 4 winter tires on rims
Winter tires are definitely older but still have a season or 2 left on them.

The Bad:
Clear coat paint fading in some spots
Damage to both rear quarter panels (drivers side has a ding, passenger side has a ding and a scratch)
Passenger window is not operational (disconnected so it wouldn't get stuck)
No A/C (might just be a fuse)
Chip in windshield (might be able to have it filled still)

Recent maintenance/repairs:
Brakes all the way around
Brake lines maintenance
Heater core replaced
Blower fan replaced
Front End work (ball joints control arms)
Regular oil changes (next one due at 270,000)
