Rear Kitchen, front bedroom, Queen size bed, Scissor couch. Sleeps 4. We are the 2nd Senior couple that owned the trailer. 2 tvs, one kitchen, 2nd in bedroom. We can leave some dishes and pots n pans if you would like them. Bathroom with corner shower. AC, furnace. We have done lots of up dates, New Awning, 2025, new Tankless water heater, 2025, roof painted, 2024, new Microwave, 2024. 1 long slide out, contains 2 cupboards and 3 person couch. LOTS of Storage in this Trailer. Outside there is a Colman stove, fits inside by steps, used only 1 time, Outside Shower, 2 Propane tanks, Electric tongue jack. Everything works as it should. We have covered the trailer over the winter when since we have had it. We still have the cover, it has several holes in it, if you want it, it can go with it.
