Description
Rhino Earthworx (GTA) is hiring a Administrative Assistant to keep operations running smoothly across excavation and trucking projects.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage schedules, calls, and emails
• Support tenders, invoicing, and contracts
• Track jobs, load counts, costs, and dispatch
• Prepare quotes, POs, and timesheets
• Coordinate with clients, drivers, and subs
• Maintain organized digital files
• Assist with HR, and basic marketing
• Handle office, fleet, and renewal tracking (CVOR, insurance)
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 9–5 occasional after-hours (busy season)
