Summer Property Help Needed – Part-Time / Casual Work (Ottawa)

Looking for 1–3 persons to help a landlord over the summer period with general property maintenance tasks, including cleaning rooms and houses, raking, garbage removal, and sweeping driveways.

Pay is $18–$20 per hour depending on experience.
E-transfer only – no cash
Government ID is required.

We need responsible individuals who can work independently and are ideally located near the following areas:

• Merivale / Baseline (K2G 2E5)
• Bank / Hunt Club (K1V 7X6) or Bank / Walkley (K1V 6V3)

Requirements:

• Reliable and responsible, hard-working, non-complainer, and able to easily take instructions and constructive criticism
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Ideally living close to the listed locations
• Must be non-smoking (no vaping or marijuana use at any time while working, including breaks)

For cleaning tasks, we can teach you — all supplies are provided.
