ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and versatile individual to handle maintenance and repairs across our multi-residential buildings. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, resourceful, and comfortable with a wide range of hands-on tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Painting, Plastering, Ceramic tile work Flooring, installation Carpentry Drywall (gypsum)Cleaning & upkeep General maintenance

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in residential or multi-residential building maintenance
• Ability to handle varied and diverse tasks independently
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Reliable, responsible, and self-directed work ethic
