5th Year Plumbing Apprentice – Service (Near Licensed Role)

A Marco Plumbing is looking for a 5th-year plumbing apprentice who’s ready to step into a high-responsibility, real-world service role and grow into a licensed plumber with a strong, professional team.
We specialize in residential homes, condos, apartment buildings, and commercial service work. This role is primarily service and repair, with occasional installation work—ideal for an apprentice who wants to build strong diagnostic skills and real independence.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Handle service calls in residential homes, condos, apartments, and commercial buildings
• Diagnose plumbing issues and carry out repairs with confidence
• Assist with and complete installations and system upgrades
• Work closely with home owners, property managers, supers, and tenants
• Document work performed and maintain organized service records
• Keep job sites clean and professional
• Manage your time effectively and stay productive throughout the day

What We’re Looking For
• 5th-year plumbing apprentice (or close to completion)
• Strong interest in service work and troubleshooting
• Experience working in occupied homes, buildings or multi-unit properties is a big asset
• Ability to work independently, while still being part of a team
• Solid understanding of the Ontario Plumbing Code
• Good communication skills and professional attitude on-site
• Someone who takes pride in clean, efficient, and honest work
