Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Epoxy Flooring Finisher to support a growing pipeline of commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Execution, efficiency, and finish quality are non-negotiable.

Core Responsibilities

* Install epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic systems
* Perform surface preparation (grinding, shot blasting, crack repair)
* Apply primers, base coats, flake systems, and topcoats
* Execute full sand broadcast to refusal for proper bonding
* Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
* Deliver work on schedule with crew coordination

Required Experience

* Minimum 2 years in epoxy flooring or coatings
* Strong understanding of CSP surface prep standards
* Experience on commercial / industrial sites
* Ability to run grinders and coating equipment
* Valid driver’s license
* Own reliable vehicle (travel between job sites required)
