Fence Installation Foreman
The Fence Store is a Calgary Based Residential and Commercial fence construction company that is committed to high standards, honesty, integrity and employee satisfaction.
The successful candidate must have experience in installing all fences, and are willing to train and manage installation crews. They must be comfortable and confident in dealing with home owners and project managers to be able to run a project from start to finish.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
• Ability to manage projects with limited supervision
• Ability to communicate with clients
• Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed on a daily basis
• Manager a crew of 2-3 people
• Operate a Skid Steer
• Train and manage crews
• Solve problems as they arise
• Ensure project is completed on time and to high standards
• Ensure job site is cleaned at end of each day
SKILLS AND ASSETS
• Must have effective verbal and written skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Must be competent with basic power tools
• Valid 5 class driver’s license
• Ability to read and understand prints/drawings and layouts

Schedule:
• Monday thru Friday
• 10 Hour Shifts
• Overtime when required
• Weekend availability when required

Training: Will provide basic pre-job Training
