Emerald Isle Property Management is looking to hire a Handyman/Maintenance Person. Someone who is able to help out our currently handyman but also can work independently.

Hands-on experience in plumbing, basic electrical systems, and general building maintenance

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, functional living or working environments

Provide responsive, professional service when interacting with tenants, clients, and team members

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently

Eager to expand technical knowledge in hot tub and pool maintenance, including water systems and equipment care

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision

You do require to obtain a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle

This position is season - May to December but with the option to be full time year-round.
