Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
This role involves hands-on production work forming copper wires and coils using both manual techniques and tools. You will support various stages of the production process, perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail, and contribute to meeting daily output and quality goals.
Responsibilities
Form and shape copper wires and coils according to production specifications and quality standards.
Perform general production and assembly tasks, including handling materials, positioning components, and completing repetitive operations.
Operate basic production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, bend, fasten, and finish copper and related materials.
Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Lift, move, and position materials and finished products weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Inspect work in progress and finished parts for defects, reporting any issues or irregularities promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular removal of scrap and debris.
Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective gear.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and meet production targets.
Essential Skills
Ability to perform manual labor for the duration of the shift, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Experience using hand tools for basic production, assembly, or construction tasks.
Experience using power tools in a manufacturing, construction, or similar environment.
Strong general production or general labor experience, with comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work with copper materials in a safe and careful manner.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to direction clearly and promptly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
CNC machine operation experience is a plus.
Experience with CNC forming machines is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments is beneficial.
Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and equipment as needed.

Work is performed on the production floor around machinery, tools, and copper materials, with frequent standing, lifting, and movement throughout the shift. Employees use a variety of hand tools and power tools and are expected to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate work attire and protective equipment suitable for a manufacturing environment.
