Escarpment Construction is currently hiring experienced Asphalt Finisher Rakers to join our growing crew. We are a fast-paced company working across Brantford, Hamilton, Simcoe, and surrounding area.

Position: Asphalt Raker (Finisher Crew)

Responsibilities:
Raking and leveling asphalt behind the paver
Ensuring proper grade, slope, and finish
Working closely with the paving crew and foreman
Maintaining a safe and efficient job site

✅ Requirements:
Experience in asphalt paving (preferred)
Ability to work long hours and weekends when required
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and team attitude
