We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our apartment buildings.

Duties:
- Perform routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC & appliance maintenance)
- Handle apartment turnovers (patching, painting)
- Address tenant work orders promptly & professionally
- Maintain common areas and building exteriors (landscaping, snow removal)

Requirements:
- Proven experience in general home repair or property maintenance
- Your own reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Competently use the provided iphone to keep records and communicate with fellow employees, contractors and tenants
- Flexible work hours for urgent or time sensitive work (snow removal, emergency repairs)

- Pay: Based on experience
- Hours: Variable 25-35 hours per week
