Scrapbook 12" x 12" with picture window

- Comes with small window in the front for picture, ID card, etc
- 10 top loading sleeves for 12" x 12" sheets to be inserted
- 3 blank white 12" x 12" sheets
- there is a small crack on the back panel
- Screws allow you to add more sleeves (the max capacity is not known)

This item is available for pickup only. The pick up location is at the corner of McCowan and Finch Ave East. There is a McDonald's at the NW corner (1571 Sandhurst Circle, Scarborough). I have included a picture of the pick up location for reference.

Note: pick up times are limited to M-F after 6:30 pm. Weekends are flexible, just need to arrange. (This is due to work schedule)
