Royal Landscaping Niagara Inc. is a small, well-established company specializing in hardscapes and high-quality landscaping since 1979. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Hand to join our team for the 2026 season and beyond.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead & work with a small landscaping/hardscaping crew
• Build patios, walkways, walls, and steps
• Operate equipment, layout projects, maintain clean job sites

What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5 years landscaping experience (hardscape experience is a plus)
✔ Crew leadership or foreman experience
✔ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
✔ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, team player
