Position: Skilled Trades / Renovation Workers

Scope of Work:

* Framing (wood framing)
* Drywall (boarding, taping, mudding)
* Flooring (vinyl plank, tile, etc.)
* Painting
* Decks and fencing
* General renovation work

Requirements:

* Skilled in at least one or multiple trades
* Able to work independently and complete tasks professionally
* Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
* Own vehicle preferred (not required but an asset)
* Previous renovation/construction experience required
