Personal Assistant
10-12 hours/week

Burlington family requires a kind, compassionate, competent person to assist in caring for our 50 year old adult son with autism.
You will supervise in-home activities and assist him with basic chores. In addition, you will engage in light housekeeping and meal preparation. You are flexible and you understand the challenge of caring for someone who struggles with serious communication difficulties. You understand the joyful experience that can come from a helping relationship.
Car essential. Proficiency in English required. Need related work/personal experience, post-secondary education. $22/hr to start.. References required.
Preferred times: 3-6pm 2-3x/wk. Saturday 1-4pm. One year commitment.
