We are looking for an experienced accountant/bookkeeper for our trucking company. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of trucking, transportation , payroll, fuel expenses, driver payments, invoices, accounts receivable/payable, and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities include:

Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation

Preparing invoices and tracking payments

Managing accounts receivable and payable

Payroll and contractor payments

Fuel, repair, insurance, and truck expense tracking

Monthly profit/loss reports

Year-end preparation for tax filing

Experience with trucking/logistics companies will be preferred.
