What You’ll Do
Book freight and negotiate rates with brokers/shippers
Dispatch drivers and plan daily routes for on-time delivery
Track loads and provide real-time updates to customers
Handle issues like delays, breakdowns, and detention/layover claims
Manage paperwork – PODs, BOLs, rate confirmations, customs docs

What We’re Looking For
1 years of dispatch experience in trucking/logistics
Knowledge of USA & Canada cross-border operations
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable with load boards, ELDs, and TMS software
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Available for after-hours/on-call as needed
