It is the use of product labeling film wrapped around the outside of the product, after steam heating, so that the labeling film contraction wrapped tightly around the product, the full display of the appearance of the goods, to increase the aesthetic and the sense of value. Mainly used for daily chemicals, beverages and other products after the set of heat shrinkable labels. Control Panel

Intelligent integrated design of control panel, beautiful and easy to operate; Power switch one key start, adjust steam size as needed; The power/heating/water/alarm indicators are clear and safe to operate.

Steam Device

The pressure gauge has high accuracy and can clearly observe the pressure change of the steam generator; The spring type safety valve has high sensitivity to protect the safe operation of the machine; The steam outlet is made of stainless steel with high temperature resistance and long service life.

Automatic Water Refill Function

Automatic replenishment pump can automatically replenish water when the steam generator is short of water or no water. The water level change is detected by the float of the water tank. When the water level is lower than the set value, the water refill process is automatically started to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

Overflow & Water Intake

When the pressure inside the steam generator exceeds the set value, the overflow port will automatically open to release excess steam to ensure safe operation of the equipment. The water inlet ensures that water enters the steam generator smoothly. Back of the machine is designed with overflow and water inlet, equipped with water inlet pipe and drainage pipe, convenient access to water, save worry and effort.

Drainage Valve

The waste water in the furnace should be completely discharged after daily use, and the discharge pressure should be kept at 0.1Mpa.

Control Panel

The control panel includes three functions: speed control, emergency stop, start and stop, which makes the operation easy to understand and safer.

Conveyor Belt

Using 304 stainless steel chain plank conveyor belt, smooth surface, smooth operation, can ensure the effect of thermal shrinkage; The transmission speed can be adjusted, strong adaptability.

Guard Bar

There are two layers of guard bar on both sides of the conveyor belt to prevent the bottle from turning over; The spacing of the guard bar can be adjusted to adapt bottles of different diameters. The maximum packaging width is 9cm.

Steam Inlet & Outlet

The steam inlet is connected to the steam generator through a steel wire pipe to ensure sufficient steam supply to meet the heating demand of the shrink machine. The design of the steam outlet ensures the smooth discharge of condensate, avoiding the accumulation of water affecting the normal operation of the equipment.

Drain Tray

The drain tray is located in the lower part of the machine, and there are four hooks on the machine to hang the tray, which can effectively collect condensate and discharge it through a centralized discharge system to keep the working environment dry.

Foot Mounting

The foot mounting provides stable support to ensure the stability of the steam label shrinking machine during use. The upper and lower height can be adjusted, and the adjustment range is 2"(5cm).
