Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time assistant to support daily operations, including conducting homeowner inspections and assisting on job sites. This role requires a high level of availability and commitment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential property inspections
- Support roofing, masonry, and general construction tasks
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Travel to various job sites as required
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety

Requirements:
- Must be available full-time with flexible hours (including evenings/weekends as needed)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Must pass background checks and verification process
- Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset
