This offer is for a private sale (no GST, at a price of ***$2,900*** per lot. Basically a 50% discounted price.
In the case of individual lot sales an ownership transfer fee, charged by Chapel Lawn, applies. The fee is $310.00 per transfer. One or more sites can fall under a single transfer fee. Chapel Lawn is very accommodating with this process.
If the purchaser agrees to a package deal for all four sites seller will pay the transfer fee.
Each site will accommodate 1 casket plus 2 urns or 3 urns.
I have personally walked these sites and consider them desirable with respect to location on the grounds.
Chapel Lawn is located in the RM of Headingley on the south side of Portage Ave. (hwy1).
