Hiring: Senior Sales / Project Estimator (Construction & Landscaping)

What We Are Looking For:
• Industry Expertise: 3 years of experience in sales, estimating, or project management within the Vancouver construction/landscaping sector.
• Professionalism: Mature, reliable, and capable of building long-term trust with residential and commercial clients.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese to serve our diverse clientele.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with BC Building Codes and municipal permit processes is a strong asset.
• Class five drivers license
Responsibilities:
• Lead generation and site visits for measurements.
• Project estimating and drafting contracts/proposals.
• Liaising between clients and site crews to ensure project success.
