Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cashier Customer Service associate at Watan Kabob, located in Mississauga, ON. The role involves providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, handling cash and electronic payment transactions, ensuring accuracy in order processing, and helping maintain a clean and organized workspace. Additionally, the role requires addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers
Basic cash handling and payment processing proficiency, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns
Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow operational procedures
Flexibility and willingness to work in a restaurant setting with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an asset but not mandatory
