Do you have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, organized work?
Adventure Aviation in Grande Prairie at the Airport is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team during an exciting period of growth and transition. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and confident in asking questions to ensure success.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, preferably in an inventory-focused environment
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Workforce Time
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues, customers, and vendors
• Excellent analytical abilities with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in aviation or as a service writer (considered an asset)
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
• Reviewing work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Verifying billable time and ensuring proper documentation
• Preparing and issuing customer invoices
• Processing Accounts Payable entries related to shop and inventory
This is an evolving role offering the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and exciting industry. Part-time to start, with potential to fill a full-time position.
Days of work will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays.
