Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine, located in downtown Toronto, is currently hiring an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team.
We are looking for a skilled and reliable chef who is confident in preparing Canadian breakfast dishes as well as working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Canadian breakfast items (e.g., eggs, omelettes, pancakes, bacon, toast, breakfast plates, etc.)
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Manage breakfast station during service
Follow recipes and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Work efficiently during busy morning hours
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cook or breakfast chef is required
Strong knowledge of Canadian breakfast cuisine is mandatory
Ability to work early morning shifts
Fast, clean, and organized in kitchen work
Team player with good communication skills
