Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch and coordinate drivers and loads efficiently
• Monitor routes, schedules, and delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Track hours of service, logs, and safety documentation
• Maintain accurate dispatch and compliance records
• Ensure on-time service and operational efficiency

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a dispatcher in transportation
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dispatch software and tracking systems
