I’m looking to finish up the project , must know how to install Hardie board and have own tools and a truck

Job description :

The scope of work involves modifying and improvising flashing and trim board installations while integrating existing materials that were exposed to winter conditions and snow coverage. The

primary issue is that raft slabs were not poured beneath several precast stair assemblies, which has created significant finishing and alignment challenges.

At this stage, the project is largely corrective and requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the field.

I have documented and labeled each unit individually using a whiteboard system,
Anyone assigned to this project must be capable of improvising and working independently. A skilled carpenter should be able to complete the flashing and trim work successfully, but flexibility and experience with corrective/detail work are essential.
