Core ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership:

Direct and supervise small crews (typically 2–5 members) in daily tasks, ensuring they follow project priorities and safety protocols.Project Execution: Read and interpret blueprints or design renderings to set up and map out

jobsites accurately.Site Preparation: Oversee critical foundation work, including excavation, base preparation (using materials like Granular A or HPB), grading, and compaction.Technical Installation: Lead the installation of interlocking pavers, retaining walls, natural stone steps, landings, and edge restraints.Equipment Operation: Safely operate and train others on heavy machinery such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and compactors.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the crew, project managers, and clients to provide updates or resolve on-site issues.Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure precision, proper drainage, and adherence to specific patterns and design standards.
