Description
Wild West Dirt Works, a civil construction company based out of Bezanson, Alberta, is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a varied workload while prioritizing tasks efficiently. You are a strong fit for this position if you are detail-oriented, dependable, focused, and able to anticipate and proactively solve problems before they arise.

Responsibilities
Day-to-day office administration
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Payroll time record review and processing
Data entry and record management
Assisting management with administrative support
Coordinating and maintaining office systems and communications

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Experience in construction, trucking, or civil works administration is considered an asset
