Services provided include:

- Tack storage in barn.
- Horse shelters in summer.
- Box stalls in winter.
- Pasture feed in summer.
- Round bale with hay net slow feeder in winter.
Hay Charged out at cost. This year at $90/month. So winters are $180 90. Summers are $180.
For apples to apples comparison, If you were to take the feeding cost and spread that expense out over the 12 months our monthly fee this year would be $240 per month to board here.
They are typically on feed for 8ish months out of the year so ($270x8) ($180x4) divide by 12 = $240ish per month to have your horse here year round. Doing it this way where the board fee remains constant at the $180 we can pass any feed cost savings we get on to you but it is paid out at the time of consumption.
