Summer Property Help Needed – Part-Time / Casual Work (Ottawa)
Looking for 1–3 reliable individuals to help a landlord over the summer period with general property maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Work includes:

Cutting grass ( lawnmower provided battery)
Cleaning rooms and houses
Raking and yard clean-up
Garbage removal
Sweeping driveways and outside maintenance

Pay: $18–$20 per hour depending on experience
Payment Method: E-transfer only – no cash
Government-issued ID is required
Preferred applicants are located near the following areas:

Merivale / Baseline (K2G 2E5)
Bank / Hunt Club (K1V 7X6)
Bank / Walkley (K1V 6V3)

Requirements:
Reliable, responsible, and hard-working
Able to work independently without supervision
Able to take instructions and constructive criticism professionally


Ideally living close to the listed locations


Must be non-smoking (no vaping or marijuana use at any time while working, including breaks)

For cleaning-related tasks, training can be provided. All cleaning supplies and equipment are supplied.
